Our tour guide and comfortable shuttle bus/limousine pick you up from Kingdom Hotel (64 Dao Duy Tu Street, Hoan Kiem Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam). Begin your discovery of Hanoi City.
08:45 – Ho Chi Minh Complex
Visit the final resting place of President Ho Chi Minh, the beloved leader of Vietnam. You may view the embalmed body (except closing days) and explore the peaceful gardens, including the stilt house where he lived and worked from 1954 to 1969.
Continue to the nearby One Pillar Pagoda, a unique architectural symbol of Hanoi built in the shape of a lotus blossom.
Notes:
- Dress modestly (shoulders and knees covered).
- Mausoleum closed on Mondays and Fridays.
- Annual maintenance closure: 15 June – 15 August (outside visit only).
10:15 – Vietnam Museum of Ethnology
Learn about the diverse cultures of Vietnam’s 54 ethnic groups through engaging exhibitions and traditional artifacts.

Special Note: On Mondays, the tour will visit the Vietnamese Women’s Museum instead.
12:30 – 12:45 – Vietnamese Lunch
Enjoy a delicious Vietnamese lunch at a local restaurant. Vegetarian options are available.

13:30 – Tran Quoc Pagoda
Located on Golden Fish Island in West Lake, this is the oldest pagoda in Hanoi, originally built in the 6th century. A peaceful and spiritual highlight of the city.

14:30 – Temple of Literature
Founded in 1070, this was Vietnam’s first university and remains one of the most important cultural and educational landmarks in Northern Vietnam.

15:30 – Hoa Lo Prison
Built by the French between 1886 and 1901 (Maison Centrale), this historical prison — once called “A Hell on Earth” — now serves as a museum illustrating Vietnam’s struggle during the colonial period.
