Detail Itinerary for Vung Tau - Long Tan - Nui Dat Battle Field 2 Days 1 Night Tour

DAY 1: SAI GON -  VUNG TAU  (LUNCH/ DINNER)

• 7.30am: Our tour guide will pick you up at the hotel and take you to Vung Tau tour – Long Tan 2 Days 1 Night.
• 10.00am: Arrival on Vung Tau, spending time walking along the beachside area and having relaxing on the Back Beach under the coconut trees.
• 12.00: Having a Vietnamese lunch at the local restaurant.
• After lunch, we visit Jesus Christ Statue by walking up the 847 stairs and meeting the 32 meter-tall (105 feet) statue of Jesus Christ.
• We also discovery the Vung Tau's nicest colonial era mansion - Bach Dinh. It was built as a retreat for French Governor of Indochina Paul Doumer at the beginning of the 20th century.
• Everning: Having authentic dinner.
• Free time to enjoy refreshing coastal city.
• Overnight in Vung Tau.

DAY 2:  VUNG TAU  - LONG TAN - NUI DAT BATLE FIELD – SAI GON (  BREAKFAST/ LUNCH/ -  )

• 8.00am: Having breakfast at the hotel. Free time on yellow sand for sunbathing.
• Check out the hotel, the tour guide takes you to Long Tan Nui Dat.
• We then have the opportunity to visit the local Nui Dat school, and former military landmarks such as, SAS hill,"Luscombe Field "air strip,  ( in 1952 Capt B T Luscombe was killed on air observation post duties inKorea. The airfield constructed to serve the 1 ATF area in the South Vietnam campaign was named "Luscombe Field”.
• Visitting the Ba Ria Orphanage or Thi Nghe orphanage.
• Then to the Long Tan Cross site. There will be an opportunity to pay our respects and maybe take a moment to reflect on the significance now associated with the battle of Long Tan, and the loss of life on both sides on that fateful day.
• 15.00pm coming back to Saigon.
• Finish Vung Tau – Long Tan Nui Dat Battle Field 2 Days 1 Night. Say goodbye and see you next trip.
