Mang Den is the deviating name of location T'Mang Deeng ( in the terminology of Mo Nam minatory, the North Central Highlands). T'Mang means the place or region; Deeng is flat and broad. Today, Mang Den belongs to Kon Plong district, Kon Tum, near and far tourists called "The second Dalat ".

Mang Den Kon Tum is situated in Kon Plong district, Kon Tum province in the Central Highlands of Vietnam. It is an ecotourism area with great potential for Kon Tum province. From the Kon Tum City, following National Road No.24 about 54 km to the center of Kon Plong district, and then passing Mang Den pass, visitors will arrive at Mang Den.

Mang Den is located at a height of 1200m above sea level. It has an average temperature of 18- 20 degrees Celsius all year - round.
